inCase are celebrating today after being awarded a commendation in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category in the Damar Training Apprenticeship Awards 2019.
We took on our now Directors’ Assistant Jake in March 2018 on a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and he has gone from strength to strength since, delighting us all with his progress.
Jake explained why he nominated inCase for the Employer of the Year award:
“When I joined inCase I didn’t know what to expect, but I have found myself working in an incredibly hard-working, supportive and ambitious team. The term ‘apprentice’ often conjures up images of tea-runs and photocopying but the responsibilities I have been entrusted with have given me a real sense of both pride and belonging, having been lucky enough to work in both the sales team and integration teams. The atmosphere in the office is always positive and I have been treated as an equal since the day I joined. I couldn’t recommend inCase enough to future apprentices.”
Internally, the app has freed up the solicitors’ time without reducing the standards of work. This means the clients that cannot use the app do not have to wait as long for an appointment with us. Essentially, inCase has benefited all clients, not just those who own a smartphone...Patrick O’Hare – Managing Partner, Paschal O’Hare Solicitors

Integration with our case management system was essential to avoid driving up operational costs within the firm. In fact, these have lowered, with the automated messages we are now able to send clients, updating them on their case within a split second.Sucheet Amin – MD, Aequitas Legal
I was reassured to hear the Apps features worked within the SRA guidelines for client conduct and I felt even more confident about its suitability when I found it was originally developed for a practice with similar beliefs to my own.Bruce Hatton – MD, Hattons Solicitors
